This Employment Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into on this ____ day of ___ 20–, between:

[INSERT NAME OF EMPLOYER] (hereinafter  called the “Employer” or “Company”)); and

[INSERT NAME OF EMPLOYEE], ____national holding passport No. ______  (hereinafter  called the “Employee”).

Whereas the two parties have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, they have agreed and accepted the following conditions:

1.    EMPLOYMENT

1.1 The Employee agrees to work for the Employer in the position of: [INSERT TITLE]

1.2 The Employer shall provide the Employee with a valid residency visa and/or labour card [Note: Remove if not applicable].

1.4 The Employer shall ensure that the Employee does not work outside the Employer’s offices.

1.5 The first 3 months of the Employee’s employment shall be a probation period. Both parties may terminate this Contract during the said period effective immediate.
