Summary: This is a comprehensive memorandum of understanding between 2 or more parties desiring to enter into a business venture together wherein one party is the financing partner and the other party is the working partner. The agreement sets out the terms and conditions agreed, and certain conditions precedent prior to proceeding with the establishment of the company to carry out the proposed business.
ملخص: هذه مذكرة تفاهم متكاملة بين طرفين أو أكثر يرغبون في الدخول في مشروع أعمال تجارية معاً حيث يكون أحد الأطراف الشريك الممول و يكون الطرف الآخر الشريك العامل. تنص هذه الإتفاقية على الشروط المتفق عليها و بعض الشروط الواجبة والعملية قبل الشروع في تأسيس الشركة لإدارة الأعمال التجارية المقترحة
