Summary: This is a joint venture agreement to be used under Article 56 of the UAE Companies Law regarding the formation of Joint Venture Companies wherein one party (contributing party) has certain expertise, intellectual property and trademarks, which it will contribute to the joint venture. The joint venture will be operated under the trade license of the operator who has certain obligations including the financing to the joint venture. If the joint venture is successful, the objective is to establish a separate legal entity to operate the business
ملخص: هذه اتفاقية مشروع مشترك لاستخدامها في إطار المادة 56 من قانون الشركات الإماراتي المتعلقة بإنشاء شركات المحاصة حيث أحد الأطراف (الطرف المساهم ( لديه خبرة معينة، والملكية الفكرية والعلامات التجارية، والذي سيساهم في المشروع المشترك. سيتم تشغيل المشروع المشترك تحت الرخصة التجارية للمشغل الذي لديه بعض الالتزامات بما فيها تمويل المشروع المشترك . إذا كان المشروع المشترك ناجحاً، سيكون الهدف إنشاء كيان قانوني مستقل لتشغيل الأعمال
